I established CERTUS Virtual to help micro and small business owners make better use of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, whether they’re starting from scratch, want to learn how to manage their own social media or need someone to take care of it for them.

I bring practical experience of creating social media content, writing and scheduling posts, and helping independent businesses maintain a consistent online presence. Alongside this, I have over 20 years’ experience in business management, so I understand the demands of running a business and why social media can easily fall to the bottom of the priority list.

Getting started or keeping things going

If you’re new to social media, I can help you set up your Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn profiles, explain how the platforms work and show you how to create posts and use scheduling tools. The aim is to give you the confidence to manage things yourself, if that’s what you’d prefer.

If you’re already online but struggle to post regularly, I can help you plan content, write posts and schedule them in advance.

And if you simply don’t have the time or inclination to manage your social media, I can take care of the content writing and scheduling for you.

You don’t need to be technically confident, understand social media terminology or have a marketing plan ready before getting in touch.
